Handling orders from different sources like online, WhatsApp, phone calls, or store visits can be tricky. SwilERP makes it easy by bringing all your orders into one place. This helps you process them faster and deliver to customers on time.
Steps to Fulfill a Sales Order in SwilERP:
Go to the Sales Menu → Click on Fulfillment → Select Order Fulfillment → Choose the Date Range to view orders → Check the Order Details like transaction type, customer, location, and employee → Verify stock and assign inventory → Update the Status from Picking → Packing → Dispatch → Click Update to save changes → Click Refresh to see the latest order status.
