How to Use the 'Ready for Pick Up' Feature in SwilDispatch App

This article explains how to use the "Ready for Pick Up" feature in SwilDispatch. It covers the steps to mark orders as ready for pickup and how this feature streamlines the order fulfillment process. Learn how to efficiently manage your pickups and ensure timely delivery.

Open the SwilDispatch Mobile app on your device:

  1. Tap 'Sign In' to log in, as shown in the image.

Logging In to the SwilDispatch Mobile App:

  1. Enter your registered email address in the appropriate field.
  2. Type your mobile app password in the password field.
  3. Click on "Login" to continue. Reference Image:


  1. After logging in, the Dashboard screen will display your account overview.
  2. Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines). Reference Image:


  1. Select the Ready For Pickup process. Reference Image:



  1. When you click on the Ready for Pickup option, you'll see all orders that are ready for pickup.
  2. Select an order to confirm the pickup. Reference Image:
