How to view Patient or Customer wise Sales Report in SwilERP


From the Patient Or Customer Wise Sales Report, users can know how much sales have been made to a particular patient or customer. This report provides patient/customer bill-wise details; other details will also be available, like entry number, entry date, amount, etc. 



Now, Inside the SwilERP dashboard, we will see how to view the Patient Bill Wise Sales report, the user needs to follow the below steps.
  1. To view the Patient Report window open the SwilERP dashboard:-
  2. Go to Reports> Stock Reports > Patient Report.

How to view Report:

Go to the Sales section:-
  1. In the Patient wise sales report window:-
  1. Select the Date Range 'From' to 'To'.
  2. Choose the Type of Report in which you want to view the report as Month-wise, Day wise, Detail wise, or Summary wise.
  3. Select the type of Transaction as in Sales Order/Credit Note/Service invoice/Branch Transfer etc.
  4. If required, then Select and Filter the options of Customer, Sales Person, and Series.
  5. Click on the View tab.

Go to the Area section:-
  1. In this section the report can also be viewed by selecting from these options:-

    *Region

    *Area

    *Locality

    *Customer

    *Sales Person, etc.

  1. After that, click on the View option.
Note: Users can select all the above options as per their requirements.

Go to the Station section:-
  1.  Moreover, these details can also be viewed in the report:-
  1. From the Station section users can also view the below-mentioned other details in the report.

    *Country

    *State

    *District

    *Customer

    *Sales Person etc.
  1. Click on the View tab.

How to Print and Preview:

    Go to the Display section:-
  1. To Print, Preview, and convert the file in Excel format:-
  1. Go to the Display Section.
  2. Click on the Print and Preview tab to print your report.
  3. Select the 'T' point and the user can convert the report into Excel/Text/PDF/HTML format etc.
