How to view Price Realization report through the SwilERP


The Price Realization report in SwilERP shows businesses if they are selling their products or services at the prices they planned. It helps them understand if they are achieving their desired prices and gives them the information they need to make changes to improve their profits and stay competitive.

Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Select Price List >  Price Realisation.

How to set parameters to view the report:

  1. Go to the Home tab.
  2. Select any option in All/Current/Different and tick or untick Virtual Product and Show Nil Stock and the report will show accordingly.
  3. Select the Product tab and you can apply a filter in it.
  4. Click on the View tab.

To view the report with the other options:

  1.  Users can select all the below options at once, and they can also select one by one to view the reports.
  2. Category
  3. Brand
  4. Strength
  5. Generic
  6. Marketing Company
  7. Product
  8. Schedule
  9. After selecting the above options, click on the View tab.

How to convert the report into a Chart format:

  1. The Chart option also is in the Home tab.
  2. Click on the Chat tab and select the chart format in which you want to convert the report.

How to Print & Preview this Report:

  1. Go to the Display tab.
  2. Select the Print and Preview tab to take the printout of this report.

How to Export this report into the Excel format:

  1. To export the report go to the Display tab.
  2. Select the 'T' point.
  3. From the  'T'  option, the user can also convert this report to Excel, Text, PDF, or HTML format.
