How To Registration & Integration Process of Paytm In SwilERP (RetailGraph)

SWIL offers its RetailGraph users integration with EDC Paytm Machine to ease payment. With RetailGraph, you can easily link the Paytm EDC machine for fast, simple, and secure payment availability. Let’s look at the simple step and take advantage of this newly added payment option.

This article will discuss registering and integrating EDC Machine In Paytm. Follow the below process to know the complete process.

Start with the Login Retailgraph dashboard to initiate the process:

  1. Go to the Accounts tab.
  2. Select the Paytm Registration option.

  1. How to enter Paytm Registration details in the next slide:

  1. Password: NW01FHUR (Provided by RetailGraph to its User)
  2. Terminal ID: 70000043 (Provided by Paytm for its respective EDC Machine)
  3. Channel ID: EDC
  4. Machine ID: Softwo81220744009721 (Provided by Paytm for its respective EDC Machine)
  5. Merchant/AESKey: nKmbBu%@unXudUi3 (Provided by Paytm for its respective EDC Machine)
  6. Now, click on the Registration button.

  1. The next step is to Generate the Sales invoice: 

  To implement the Paytm registration process, you must generate a sales bill and select its payment method.

  1. Go to Sales > Sales Invoice.

  1. Create a sales invoice:

  1. Enter the Customer's name. 
  2. Add the Product name from the drop-down list.
  3. And update the Quantity and other details of the product.
  4. Click on the Save option.

  1. Add Payment Details: 

         After clicking on the save option, a pop-up window will appear to select the payment method. 
  1. Select the Card/ UPI option and enter the amount.
  2. Select 'PAYTMEDC' as the Card Type.
  3. Click on the Save button.
  4. After saving the Payment Details, you will need to accept the payment request.

Note:  Here, you will have two options to receive payments. One is through swapping the debit/credit card, and another option is a QR code scan through the EDC machine. Customers need to scan the QR code through their Paytm mobile app for successful payment.
