How to Receive Payments through Paytm QR code/UPI in SwilERP (RetailGraph)


In this digital era, it is necessary to have smart billing and payment options in your retail/wholesale business. Your business software should be equipped with a payments feature that accepts all types of payments from customers to make the customer journey as smooth as possible. 

To ease in payment, SWIL offers its RetailGraph users integration with an All-in-one QR machine. All-in-one QR machines are mainly used for payment through QR code or UPI. This way, it makes payments in RetailGraph more user-friendly. It ensures fast, simple, and secure payment and takes customers and business owners away from any fraud. RetailGraph, you can easily link the All-in-one QR machine. Let’s have a look at the simple step and take advantage of this newly added payment option.


 1. Click Start->Accounts->Paytm Registration.

2. A Paytm Registration window opens.

3. Enter:-

Password: NW01FHUR (Provided by RetailGraph to its User)

Terminal ID: 70000043 (Provided by the Paytm for its respective Machine)

Machine ID: Softwo74583379186694 (Provided by the Paytm for its respective Machine)

Merchant/AESKey: GwH&iWVhsSVrxz4x (Provided by the Paytm for its respective Machine)

Display Port: COM3 (Name of the port in which the All-in-one QR machine is connected)

Now, click on the Registration button.

4. Now, you need to open Sales Invoice for generating bill.
A. Click Start-> Sales->Sales Invoice

5. The Sales Invoice window open. Select your desired product from the Product list.

6. Click on the Save button.

7. The Payment Details window opens.

8. If you want to receive payment through Paytm QR code, follow the following step-

 A. Check the Card/UPI checkbox, select ‘PAYTMQR’ as the Card Type, and click on the SAVE button.

Note:- The QR code is displayed on an all-in-one QR machine. The customer will have to scan the respective QR code from the all-in-one QR machine through their PAYTM mobile app for successful payment. 

9. If you want to receive payment through Paytm UPI, follow the following step- 

A. Check the Card/UPI checkbox, select ‘PAYTMUPI’ as the Card Type, write Mobile No. and click on the SAVE button.

Note: The UPI link will be sent (via message) to the customer's mobile number(mentioned in the Payment Detail window). The customer will have to click the link. The link will directly open with the Paytm application and respectively customer pay their payment with no hassle.
