How can Pharmacist do Shelf Management in SwilERP

It is a practice of managing inventory stocks in an organized way. Through this, a pharmacist person quickly arranges their products on shelves by feature or demand and establishes better communication in your pharma shops.

In SwilERP, you can manage your stock Brand, Salt, and Category wise and also add Case Lot, Box Size along with Shelf number wise. In this article, we will discuss how to do shelf management through the SwilERP software. Follow the below process to do product shelf management.

Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:
  1. Go to System > Master Data > Product Information > Product( Name Wise).

Process to Update Shelf Number:

A product (Name Wise) list window will appear in the next slide, where you can create a new product or edit the previous one. For example, to update the shelf number, select the product from the list and go to the edit option:

How to update the Shelf number:


  1. In the Product tab.
  2. Here you'll see the option to enter the Shelf number.
  3. You can also fill the Case lot and Box size of the product.
  4. After entering the details, click on the Save tab.

   (So, like this process, you can manage your inventory by giving them shelf numbers)

How to Select Stock Location:

Users can also select the stock location while creating or editing the product.
  1. Go to the Additional Details tab.
  2. Here you'll see Stock Location option.
  3. Select the Stock Location from the drop-down list.
  4. After fill in details Save the window with the given option.
