How to Analyse Receivables Reports in SwilERP Enterprise


In SwilERP, the Receivables report precisely details invoices, payments, and credits within a specified period, providing a clear view of account status. Its pivot table feature simplifies generating and analyzing receivables, for financial management. Users can tailor the report to fit their needs, enabling strategic decision-making for their businesses.

Start with Login in SwilERP Dashboard to Initiate the Process

  1. Go to Menu> Analysis> Receivables.

  1. Select the As on Date, till which you want to view details.
  2. You can select Report Type as per your requirement:
    1. Summary
    2. Detail
    3. Month Wise
    4. Day Wise
  1. Select the type of transaction which you want to view in your report:
    1. Include Credit Note
    2. Exclude Credit Note
    3. Show Credit Note
  1. Choose Report Type "As On" and "Consider Bill upto"
  2. Select Refer By as Area Allocation, Customer, Sales Invoice.
  3. You can also apply filters on Account, Customer, Refer By.
  4. Tick mark on the Auto Adjustment or Consider PDC as Paid.
  5. Click on the View button.
  6. Next, the details will be displayed on the screen below. Select the relevant fields by ticking the checkboxes to create a customized receivables report.
  7. You have the flexibility to rearrange fields as per your needs through simple drag-and-drop actions.

How to Make Customizable Report

Once all parameters are selected, users have the flexibility to customize the report to their specific needs. Follow the steps below for more detailed information.
  1. In the given drag fields areas, go to any field and click on the right tab of mouse. (For example, you selected PDC Amt)
  2. There you will see some options. Click on the field settings option.

  1. Next, a new window of Field Setting: PDC Amt will appear.
  2. Here you'll see multiple options to customize report:
    1. Filter
    2. Subtotals
    3. Show As
    4. Format
    5. Display
    6. High Values
    7. Low Values
  1. For example, you want to see average amount of PDC transaction.
  2. Go to Subtotals and click on the Average option.
  3. Click on OK button.

  1. After that, you'll see average PDC amount average in the column.

Report View in Graphical Format

  1. Select the Chart tab to visualize the report in a graphical format.
  2. In this section, you will find a visual representation of the report, displaying every detail graphically.

  1. You can also view the report in Raw Data, where you can find every detail.
  2. Click on the raw data and there you will see receivables report.

How to Save Customized Report

To save your customized report, follow the steps below.
  1. Provide the desired name for saving this report.
  2. Click on the Save button.

  1. You can export the report by choosing the saved report name from the column above.
  2. Choose the report name and click on Export. Similarly, you can import the exported report using the Import option.
  3. To reopen the report in the future, follow these steps:
    1. Open the Receivables report.
    2. Select the Date as you selected before.
    3. Select the Report name and click on the Open button.
