How to Convert a Quotation into a Sales Bill in SwilERP

A business quotation is representative of all that you offer to your customers. After the customer has accepted the quotation, users can convert it into a Sales Invoice. In this article, we will discuss converting a quotation into a Sales Invoice through the SwilERP software, following the easy steps below to learn the process.

Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:

Go to the Sales menu > Sales invoice option.
Existing created Sales invoices will open. To create a new invoice, click on the 'New' option.

After that, sales invoice window will open on the next slide.
Select the name of the Customer for which the Quotation bill was created.
Click on the Clear Order option.
After that 'Clear Sales Order' window will open.
Please tick mark on Clear Performa/Quotation check box.
Check mark the entry number of which products customer wants to buy.
Now click on OK.

After selecting the invoice number, product details will be filed automatically on sales invoice window.
Save the page with the given option.

After following the above steps, the user can convert the Quotation into a Sales bill.
