How to Print Multiple Bills in SwilERP Software


In SwilERP software, a pharmacist can easily print multiple bills by using the 'Print Transaction' option for the same transactions (For example, a pharmacist wants to print multiple invoices through the SwilERP Software for different customers). In Print Transactions, users can also get printouts of multiple invoices in one go.

Today we are going to discuss the SwilERP feature, which takes the printout of various bills. Do follow the below-given steps to learn the process.

Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:-

  1. Go to  System > Print Transaction.

How to Print Multiple Bills:

  1. Enter the Transaction for which you want to take a printout.
  2. Select the Format File from the down list as per the requirements.
  3. You can select here the Date Range also, and bills display accordingly.
  4. Now, select the Range 'From to To' to print your Transaction in a particular count. (This range would be your bill's range).
  5. Enter as many Copies of the printout as you want.
  6. Click on the Preview tab, and it will show the report details.

  1. Then select the bills from the below Display Entries.
  2. To take the printout, click on the Print tab.
  3. To generate the PDF and send mail for all the bills, click on the these options.
