Process to View Sales Margin Report

How to View Sales Margin Report in SwilERP Software

SwilERP Software allows users to access margin details within the product-wise sales report. Users can also view margin specifics categorized by customer, product, series, or selected parameters. Follow the below-given steps to know the process.

Start with login in SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process

Go to the Reports> Sales Reports> Product Wise Sales option.
After that, a new window of Product Wise Sales will appear.

Now, select the Date Range "From" to "To" in which you want to view the report.
Report Type & Transaction details are automatically filled in the columns. If you want to change it then you can change it from the given drop-down options.
Users can also apply filter on Series/ Product/ Sales Person/ Customer/ Invoice Attribute to view details accordingly.
Click on the View option.

How to Enable Margin Detail Column

To view Margin column in the report you have to enable the column from Set Grid Layout option.
Click on the Right side of your mouse, here you will see Set Grid Layout option click on it.
Search Margin option in the search menu.
Tick-Mark on the Visible column to allow this column.
After that, click on the Save option.

After enabling margin column from Grid Layout.
Again click on the View option and the column show on the screen.
Here you will see Margin Details on particular product and entry wise. The Total Margin also displays in the column.
Users can also view the sales invoice by clicking on particular Entry Number.
