How to View Product/Day Wise Profit Analysis in SwilERP


Meaning of Product/Day Wise Profit Analysis

The Product/Day-wise profit analysis report helps the user to track the overall profitability or cost of the stock item without affecting stock values during the entire process.

In the SwilERP software, there is an option to view the report of Product Day-Wise Profit Analysis. This Analysis Report provides detailed information as per the product name, Entry date, Sales value, Cost value, Margin, and Margin in percentage.




Open the SwilERP dashboard:

  1. Go to the Analysis section:
  2. Select the Profit Analysis > Product/Day Wise.


  1. How to view the details :

  1. Go to the  Home  section.
  2. Select the  Date Range  'From to To'.
  3. If required, tick the mark in the Deduct Return/ Deduct Cash Discount boxes after that profit will be deduct accordinglly.
  4. Select the Report type in Day wise/Summary/Month Wise in which you want to view the details in the report.
  5. If the user wants to apply the filter in the details, select the  Product  tab and use all filters.
  6. Now, click on the  View  tab.

  1. How to view the report in Chart form :

  1. From the Home section.
  2. Click on the Chart tab.
  3. Inside the Chart tab, there are given many chart options; select the required chart form.

  • To view additional details :

            If the user wants to view some other additional details in the analysis report, then they can select the below steps.


        Select the  Product-Area  section:-

  •  According to the user's requirement, if users want to view details Group-wise , then they can select the below-mentioned groups- 

              Region

              Area

              Sales Person

              Locality

              Customer a/c

              ReferBy (zone)

              Category  
              Brand
              Product, etc.

 Select the  Product-Station  section:-
  1. If the user wants to view details as the Station wise, then they can select the below steps:
           1. Country
           2. State
           3. District
           4. Station 
           5. Customer
           6. First ReferBy, etc

  1. How to Print and Preview this report :

  2. Go to the Display section.
  3. Click on the Preview tab when you want to view how your report will appear when printed.
  4. To take the Printout click on the Print tab.

  1. How to convert the report into Excel format :

    1. From the Display section.
    2. To convert a Report into Excel, PDF, Text, XML, etc. Click on the ' T ' option.
