How to Discontinue Products in SwilERP
Product discontinuation is required when you can no longer sell the product. Or you have created a similar product in Software. The most basic reason to discontinue a product is the lack of sales. If no one is buying a product, it usually follows that a business should stop selling it. With SwilERP, users can easily discontinue the products in the product master menu. Do follow the below-given process to learn the process.
Start with Login in SwilERP Dashboard to initiate the process
- Go to the System> Master Data> Product Information> Product (Name Wise).

How to Discontinue Products
- A new window of Product List will appear in the next slide.
- Select the product which you want discontinue.
- Click on the Edit option.

- Go to the Additional Details tab.
- Select the status as Discontinue from the column.
- After selecting discontinue option, the same day date will automatically be added to the column.
- Click on the Save option.
