How to View Product Info While Creating Sales Invoice in SwilERP (RetailGraph)


In SwilERP Software, users can conveniently access product information with ease while creating a sales invoice. This data includes Location Details, Rate Details, Vendor Details, and Scheme Details, offering a seamless and all-encompassing view of product details.

Start with login in SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process

  1. Go to the Sales Menu> Sales Invoice option or you can click on the + Sign to directly open the invoice.
  2. After that, a new window of created Sales Invoices list will appear in the next slide.

  1. Click on the New option to create a sales invoice & the sales invoice window will appear in the next slide.
  2. After that, enter the Customer Name.
  3. Select the Product Name from the drop-down list.
  4. Then, go to the References section & click on the Product Info option. (Users can also press shortcut key CTRL+F3)

  1. After that, a new window of Rate & Stock Query will appear.
  2. Here you will see Product's Location, Rate, Vendor, and Scheme details.
  3. After finding product details, you can close the window.
