How to view Product Batch List in SwilERP


Batch numbers are unique identification numbers for each product to manage a group of products. Users can generate a Product List of A Batch report when they want to view a batch number of a particular product. 
In SwilERP software, an option is available in the Reports section to view the product list of the batch, and users can view this report easily. This report provides the details of the Alias name, Product name, Strength, Marketing Group, Batch, etc. If you want to enable more fields in your reports, you can set Grid Layout as per your requirements.

In this article, we will discuss how to set parameters to view this report. Do follow the below-given steps to learn the process:

Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:

  1. Go to the Reports tab.
  2. Select Product Wise stock > Product List of a Batch.

How to set parameters to view the details:

  1. Go to the  Home  tab.
  2. Enter the  Barcode  if you want to view the details of barcode wise.
  3. You can view  the Manufacturer's  name also here.
  4. Select the  Color/Batch/MRP  as per the requirement.
  5. Check mark in the  Show Nil Stock Lots,  and reports will show accordingly .
  6. If you want to apply a filter, you can select the  Product  option and apply a filter on it.
  7. Now, click on the  View  tab, and details will show according to your set parameters.

How to take  Print  &  Preview:

  1. Go to the Display tab.
  2. If you want to view the print report Preview before printing, click on it.
  3. To take the printout of this report, click on the Print button.

How to Export the report into Excel format:

  1. In the selected  Display  tab.
  2. Click on the given  "T"  option.
  3. After clicking on it, you will see many export options here; you can select the export format as per your requirement.
