How to view Product Reconcile Report in SwilERP


What is product reconciliation?

Inventory reconciliation is the act of taking inventory of everything you have and making sure your stock records match reality. It's important to reconcile your inventory periodically to find any discrepancies that need to be addressed.

After reconciling the products through the SwilERP software, users now want to view reports of the product which have been reconciled. In the SwilERP software, there is an option available to view the Product Reconciliation Report. In this report, the users can view such details as Group Name, Product Name, Date, Batch, Quantity, etc.

In this article, we will discuss how to view this report. To know the process follow the below easy steps:

Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:

  1. Go to the Reports tab
  2. Select Product Wise Stock > Product Reconcile.

How to select parameters to view the report:

  1. Go to the Home tab.
  2. Select the Date-Range 'From to To'.
  3. Select the Date Options from the drop-down list if you want to view only Reconciled or Non-Reconciled product details. (Reconcile product will show you between the selected Date-Range)
  4. Check mark in the below-given option as per requirement:
  5. Print Batch Details
  6. Print Nil Quantity
  7. Now, to view report click on the View tab.

How to view details in Chart form:


  1. Click on the  Chart tab.
  2. Inside the chart tab, given many options, the users can select these options as per their requirements.

How to Print & Preview Report:


  1. Go to the  Display section. 
  2. Click on the  Preview tab to preview the report before printing. 
  3. Select the  Print tab to take a printout of the report.

How to send an E-mail and Export this report:


  1. From the   Display section.
  2. Click on the 'A' option to share an E-Mail of the report. 
  3. Click on the 'T' point and select any export option from   Excel, PDF, Text, or HTML.
