How to View Product Stock Ledger in SwilERP Software


What is Product Stock Ledger?

The product stock ledger is a report kept by businesses in which they find product details as per their stock ledger in software. With this report, users can view details by selecting a particular date range at their convenience. Also, users can view the report Color/ Batch/ MRP wise, which means you can modify the report by selecting color, particularly batch number or MRP of the product.

In SwilERP, the following are the details that you can find in this report, i.e. Entry Number, Entry Date, Transaction Name, Party Name, Refer By, Batch Number, In Qty, Out Qty, Balance Qty, and so on.

Start with login in SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process

  1. Go to the Reports> Product Wise Stock> Product Stock Ledger

How to View the Report

  1. A new window of Product Stock Ledger will appear in the next slide.
  2. Select the "Date Range" From to To in which you want to view the report.
  3. If you want to apply the Filter on Product or Manufacturer then click on it.
  4. Choose Color if you want to view particular color wise details.
  5. Enter the Batch Number and MRP to view details by these the options.
  6. Tick-Mark on the Page Break After Each Product to give the space between transactions.
  7. Click on the View option.
  8. After that, you will see details as shown in the following reference image according to the selected parameters.

To View the Report in Chart Format

  1. Select Any Column from the shown details in window.
  2. Click on the Chart option to view the report in chart format.
  3. Here you will see multiple options of chart format.

To Take Print or Preview and Convert into Excel Format

  1. Go to the Display Section.
  2. Click on Print & Preview option to take a printout of report.
  3. Go to the "T" point and there you will some options, click on the Excel option to convert it.
