How to View Sales Person Wise Profit in SwilERP

Sales analysis is mining your data to evaluate the performance of your sales. To improve your sales effectiveness and make informed data-backed decisions, you need to conduct sales analysis regularly. 
In the SwilERP software, there is an option to view the profit analysis for each salesperson.  This Analysis report shows the invoice number,  Sales value, Cost value, Margin, and invoice issued Time.

Start with Login in the SwilERP Dashboard to initiate the process:
  1. Go to the Analysis menu.
  2. Select Profit Analysis > Sales Person Wise.

How to view the sales person wise profit analysis:

  1. Go to the Home section.
  2. Enter the Date Range 'From to To'.
  3. As per the requirements tick the below-mentioned boxes:
                      1- Deduct Return
                      2- Deduct Cash Discount
                      3- Deduct Redeem Points
  1. Select Series if required.
  2. Click on the View tab.

How to view details in Chart format:  

  1. From the Home section. 
  2. Click on the Chart tab.
  3. Inside the Chart tab, there are given many chart options , select as per the requirement.

 How to take the printout and preview:

          If the user wants to take the printout of this then they can follow these easy steps:-
    1. Go to the Display section.
    2. Click on the Preview tab if you want to view how will appear it when printed. 
    3. Click on the Print tab to take the Printout.

How to export it into Excel and other formats:

  1. From the Display section.
  2. Click on the ' T ' point then select the option in which you want to view your reports.
