A Step-by-Step Guide to Creating Purchase Order using the SwilPOS Mobile App
Creating purchase orders using the SwilPOS mobile app offers a simple and easy solution. With the app, you can conveniently generate purchase orders anytime and anywhere using your mobile device. It eliminates the need for being tied to a specific location or relying on a desktop computer. Overall, using the SwilPOS mobile app simplifies the purchase order creation process, making procurement more efficient and hassle-free.
Open the SwilPOS Mobile app on your device to initiate the process:
- Enter your registered email address in the provided field.
- Input your mobile application password in the password field.
- Click on the "Login" option.

- Click on the "Purchase Order" option to access the section specifically designed for placing orders.

- The Purchase Order screen displays your previous orders.
- You can view the Last Week's Orders.
- You can Sort Orders by clicking on the arrow sign.
- Also, you can search Vendor Name and Order Number by clicking on the given icons.
- To generate a new order, simply click on the plus (+) sign.

- When you access the order screen, you will see that Order Series is already chosen by default.
- To place the order, you will search or select the Vendor name from the provided options.
- Once the vendor is selected, their details will be displayed on the screen.
- To continue with the order placement process, simply click on the Continue option.

- From the drop-down menu, select the desired Product for the order.
- To add the product quantity, use the plus (+) sign to increase the quantity and the minus (-) sign to decrease it.
- Similarly, you can add multiple products to the order by following the same steps.
- Additionally, you can utilize the Scanner icon to conveniently add products by scanning their barcodes.
- Now, to continue the process click on Save.

- After saving the screen, you will receive a confirmation message along with a newly generated order ID.

- To view the order details in your SwilERP database, please follow these steps:
- Login to your SwilERP Software.
- Go to the Purchase menu > Purchase Order.
- After this, Purchase Order window will appear on the next slide.
- Go to the View section and click on the Previous option.
- By following these steps, you will be able to access the previous order details created in the SwilPOS app using SwilERP Software.
