How to view Purchase Return Status Report in SwilERP (RetailGraph)
What is a purchase return status?
A purchase return report is a report in which the goods returned to suppliers are recorded. This report shows the details of returned items after purchase, such as Item name, quantity returned, supplier details, date of return, and total amount. In the other way, a purchase return is a transaction where the buyer of inventory or other items sends these goods back to the seller. A purchase return report is a report in which the goods returned to suppliers are recorded.
With SwilERP, users can easily view the purchase return status in summary and detail-wise. Please find the below-given link to know the process for creating a purchase return entry:
Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard

Go to Reports> Transaction Status Report> Purchase Return Status.

Process to view the Report
A new window of purchase report status
will appear in the next slide.
Follow the below-mentioned steps to know the process:

Select the
Date Range "From"
to
"To",
in which you want to view the details.

Select the
Report Type
as
Summary
or
Detail
to view the report.

Choose the option in between:
All/ Adjusted/ Pending,
in which you want to the report.

If you choose options of
adjusted
or
pending
, then tick mark on the
Partially Adjusted
.

Users can also filter the
Vendor
and
Series
from the given option.

Click on the
View
tab.
-
And, there you'll see the details of purchase return status report.

How can you analyze purchase return report?
In this section, you can analyze your purchase return report. You can find this report similar to the pivot table, in which you can view the products return details.

Go to the
Analysis
section
.

Select the details as same as you selected in the
Home
section
.

Click on the
View
option.

After that,
Choose fields to add to report.
Tick-mark on the options; then, they will automatically field in the below-given areas.

You can also
Drag fields between below-given four areas
:
Filter, Columns, Rows, Values.

The data reflect in the
Analysis Grid
section.
