How to view the Receivable Ageing Report in SwilERP

Overview:

The receivable ageing report contains a list of your customer's unpaid invoices since the sales invoice was issued, along with their duration. In other words, the receivable report lists the amount due from your customers. Here's how you can create a receivable ageing report:

Start with Login in the SwilERP Dashboard to initiate the process:

  1. Go to the Receipts menu.
  2. Select Receivables Ageing.

How to view the Receivables Ageing Report:

  1. Go to the Home tab.
  2. Select the date till which you want to see the details.
  3. In the Report Type, given options such as Summary / Detail / Month wise / Day wise, select which data you want to view.
  4. The Ageing box selects the group for which ageing analyses are required. You can define the ageing slabs depending on the requirement.
  5. Select options as per the requirement from the drop-down list of the Select/Reports/Refer By tab.
  6. Select the Balance Type of which balance data you want to view.
  7. Select Series List, if required.
  8. If the users want to apply a filter in the report, they can do it in the Accounts / Customer / Refer By tab.
  9. Tick mark in the below-given options, if needed:-
  10. Auto Adjustment (  (After the tick mark, all pending bills will be auto-adjusted with the given payments, and the report will be shown accordingly)
    1. Consider PDC as Paid
    2. Consider Due Date
    3. Include Bill Not Due
    4. Print/Preview Reminder
  11. Now, click on the View tab.

How to convert details into the chart format:

  1. In the selected Home Tab.
  2. To convert data into the chart format, click on the Chart tab.
  3. Inside the chart tab, given many chart options, choose which you require.

Select the Area tab:

      If users want to view the Report Area-wise, then they can select any option in the below-given:-
  1. Region 
  2. Area
  3. Locality
  4. Customer
  5. Refer By (Zone), etc.
  6. After choosing the above options, click on the View tab for details.

Select the Station tab:

  If the user wants to view this Report as Station wise, they can select any option in the below-given option:

  1. Country 
  2. State
  3. District
  4. Customer, etc.
  5. Now, click on View.

How to analyze the data:

  1. Firstly, go to the Analysis tab.
  2. Select the date in As on Date till which you want to analyze the data.
  3. The second step is to click on the View tab.
  4. Use the field list to arrange fields in a Pivot Table.
  5. After choosing fields, you will see the data in Analysis Grid.
  6. Enter the name and click on the Save tab to save this report.
  7. If you want to open the previous report, enter that report name and click on the Open tab.
  8. Users can Remove/Export, and Import the report as their requirement.
  9. You can set Grid as per the requirement.

How to use the Areas Section:

  1. Use the areas section (at the bottom) of the field list to rearrange fields the way you want by dragging them between the four areas. 
  2.  Fields that you place in different areas are shown in the PivotTable as follows:

3.  Rows

How to view analytics data in chart form:

  1. From the selected Analysis tab.
  2. Click on the Chart option to view and analyze data in chart form.

How to view the Raw data details in the same window:

  1. Click on the given 'Raw Data' option to view the analyzed data.

How to Print & Preview the report:

  1. Go to the Display tab.
  2. To take the printout, click on the Print and Preview tab.

How to export the data in excel format:

  1. From the Display tab.
  2. To export the report, click on the 'T' point.
  3. Inside the 'T' point, choose any option as per the requirement.
