How do I show the Receivables reports in the RetailGraph software?

In receivables report, one can have all the details of due invoices of customers. Below are steps to generate receivables report.

Step:1 We need to go to Receipts module. Over here, we can find Receivables report as shown in below image.

Step:2 If we want to view receivables of selected customers then we need to click on Customer tab and then in new window, we can filter customers according to Region/Area/Station/Locality.

Step:3 In below image,as we can see,locality option is checked and required locality is also selected now if click on Refresh and Ok tabs then all the customers of selected locality will get selected.

Step:4 And if we Click  on  View &   receivables r eport  of those customers will be generated.

Step:5 Now click on 5 th  tab (Display tab) as shown and  Select Print & Preview . Now if you want to preview the report then click preview Button or if want to print the report click print button.
