Receive Inventory by Location in SwilSORT

How to Receive Inventory by Location in the SwilSORT Mobile App


In the SwilSORT Mobile App, you can easily receive inventory that's been transferred from other locations. This feature helps you quickly update your stock as it arrives, making inventory management simple and efficient.

Open the SwilSORT Mobile app on your device.

  1. Enter your registered email address.
  2. Type in your mobile app password.
  3. Tap "Login" to continue. (Reference Image)


After logging into the SwilSORT Mobile app, you can:

  1. View the list of invoices/orders created in the 'Last 30 days.'
  2. On the Sort Order screen, click on the three rows to proceed. (Reference Image)


Received Inventory (Location) Process:
  1. Start by selecting the Received Inventory (Location) menu. (Reference Image)


  • View all transferred stock transactions here that you can receive as needed.
  • Select the entries you want to receive, then click on "Receive." (Reference Image)



  • After completing the process, a "Inventory Received Successfully" message will appear. Press "OK" to complete. (Reference Image)
