Reconcile Current Stock Process In RetailGraph


Now this is one of the most important and demanding feature most of the client ask for. 


This option is used to reconcile your stock, For example if your physical stock and software stock is not getting matched then you have to use this option just for stock management. 


Remember this option is for both surplus and shortage. 


For this option you need to login the software first.


Make sure you have the latest version in your system, To upgrade your software please make ticket on Swildesk.com or contact you local service provider. 

 


Now to go  START Button- Inventory- Reconcile Current Stock.

When you will click on the option a window will open as shown below. 


click on the option














Now you just have to select the product name on which you want to apply surplus or shortage option. If your product have multiple batches you can also select the batch name and apply this process on that. 


Once you are done with your entry click on the  SAVE button  at the top. Your entry will get save As shown in the image given below.

[Note- if any entry you want to re edit or see details of you can do that by going in VIEW tab and by selecting previous bills details]
