How to Complete Registration and Integration Process of Paytm in SwilERP 


Now, it's necessary to do billing or payments online in this digital world. As everyone uses online payment applications, why not implement them in the software. In SwilERP, Paytm registration is available for a smooth online payment process. 

SwilERP is integrated with EDC Paytm machine. With SwilERP, you can easily link the Paytm EDC machine for fast, simple, and secure payment availability. Do follow the below-given steps to to complete this process.

 

Login into SwilERP dashboard 

  1. Go to the Accounts> Paytm Registration.

A new window of Paytm registration will appear in next slide. Enter the details as per the below-given information:
  1. Company name, Station, and Registration no. are already updated in the window. 
  2. Password: NW01FHUR (Provided by SwilERP to their User).
  3. Terminal ID: 70000043 (Provided by Paytm for their respective EDC Machine).
  4. Channel ID: EDC.
  5. Machine ID: Softwo81220744009721 (Provided by Paytm for their respective EDC Machine).
  6. Merchant/AESKey: nKmbBu%@unXudUi3 (Provided by Paytm).
  7. Click on the Registration tab.

Generate the Sales invoice 

To implement the Paytm registration process, you have to generate a sales bill and select its payment method.
  1. Go to the Sales> Retail Invoice.
  2. Enter the Customer name. 
  3. Add the Product name from the drop-down list.
  4. And update the Quantity and other details of the product.
  5. Click on the Save option.

Add payment details

After clicking on the save option, a pop-up window will appear to select the payment method. 
  1. Select the Card/ UPI option and enter the amount.
  2. Select ‘PAYTMEDC’ as the Card Type.
  3. Click on the Save button.
  4. After saving the Payment Details, you will need to accept the payment request.

Note:  Here, you will have two options to receive payments. One is through swapping the debit/credit card, and another option is a QR code scan through the EDC machine. Customers need to scan the QR code through their Paytm mobile app for successful payment.
