Step-by-Step Guide to Reviewing Stocks in the SwilSORT Mobile Application


In the reviewing stock feature, reconciling products is a crucial step. It involves comparing physical stock with recorded inventory to ensure accuracy. This article explains how to effectively reconcile your current products, helping maintain precise records and optimize operations.

Open the SwilSORT Mobile app on your device to initiate the process:

  1. Enter your registered Email Address in the provided field.
  2. Input your mobile application Password in the password field.
  3. Click on the "Login" option to proceed.

Once you have successfully logged in to the SwilSORT Mobile app, you will be able to:

  1. View the list of transactions invoices created in the 'Last 3 days.'
  2. Utilize the Sort and Filter options to search for specific invoices.
  3. On the Sort Order screen, you will see three rows; click on them.

  1. Now select the "Review Stock" option from the available options.

  1. The 'Stock Counting' screen will be displayed to reconcile the products.
  2. You can view the Current Reconcile draft (Unsaved) Stocks details on this screen.
  3. You have the option to Clear all Reconcile History.
  4. To reconcile a product, simply click on the plus (+) sign.

  1. Select the desired Product from the drop-down menu to reconcile.
  2. Add the Actual quantity of the selected product.
  3. Use the plus (+) sign to increase the quantity or the minus (-) sign to decrease it. Alternatively, you can enter the quantity manually.
  4. If you have barcodes, easily add products by scanning them using the Scanner icon.
  5. You can select the multiple products here to reconcile.

  1. After completing the process, the Stock Counting display will show that the Current reconcile product is in Draft status.
  2. On this display, you can view the product details including the number of items, Total Quantity, and Total Actual Quantity.
  3. To save this entry, you need to select the product.
  4. Once the product is selected, it will open again.

  1. If you want to edit the details, you can make the necessary changes.
  2. Click on the Save option to finalize the changes.

  1. After saving the screen, you will receive a confirmation message.

  1. After saving the display, the product will appear in the Reconcile History section.
  2. You have the option to Clear All Reconcile History.
  3. Use this option to remove all previously reconciled products from the history.
