How to View Refer By- Group Wise Sales in SwilERP 

What is refer by group wise sales?

In SwilERP, users can view transaction details according to refer by. It means in which transaction you entered the refer by name, and this report will generate a basis on that. The report will generated basis on refer by along with their group name. 

In the Reports section, there is an option to view Group wise sales reports. Users can easily view their reports based on Summary wise, Detail wise, Month wise, and Day wise and also select the transaction in this.


Below is the steps you need to follow to view the refer by group wise sales 
  1. Open SwilERP dashboard in Reports Section:

    1. Go to Sales Analysis> Doctor wise> Refer by- Group wise sales.

  1. Process to view the report:

    1. Select the Date range From to To from which you want to view the report. 
    2. Select Report Type as in Summary wise, Detail wise, Month wise, Day wise. 
    3. If you want to consider a report based on Area allocation, Customer, or Sales Invoice then, select these options from Generate basis column. 
    4. Select and filter Refer by, Series, or Product. 
    5. Now, select the Options in which you want to view the report. 
    6. Click on the View Option.

  1. To Print and Preview the Reports:

    1. Go to the Display option.
    2. Click on the Print and Preview Option to print your reports.

  1. To convert your reports into excel format:

    1. Go to the Display tab.
    2. Then, click on the 'T' point and select the option in which you want to convert your reports.
