How to view refer by wise sales report 


In the Reports section, there is an option to view Refer By Wise Sales report. With this option, users can view categories data between Refer By- Doctor and Customer name wise. There is an also option to filter the Products and different options in which you can view the reports which you want to view. 

With SwilERP, this report will helps you to find data between Gross amount and Net amount. Also you'll view trade discount, tax amount, and any other details by selecting from Set Grid layout. 



These are the step-by-step instructions to view the report
  1.  Open the SwilERP dashboard in Reports section: 

    1. Go to Sales Analysis> Doctor wise> Refer by wise sales.

  1. In the reports section, you will see the below-given options:
    1. Go to the Home ribbon. 
    2. Select the Date Range from where you want to view the report.  
    3. Select Report Type (Summary, Detail, Month wise, Day wise) in which you want to view the report.  
    4. Area allocation, Customer, and Sales Person select any option on which your report will base. 
    5. Select and filter Refer by and Series. 
    6. Tab on the View option.

  1. If users want to view sales report Product wise: 

    1. Go to the Product ribbon. 
    2. Filter and Select your product. 
    3. Now, select the Options on which you want to view report i.e Category, Brand, Strength, Generic, MtkgCo, Product, and Schedule wise. 
    4. Then, tab to View option.

  1. In the Display section, users can Print and Preview the report: 

    1. Go to the Display option.
    2. Click on the Print and Preview Option to print your reports.

  1. To convert your reports into excel format:

    1. Go to the Display tab.
    2. Then, click on the 'T' point and select the option in which you want to convert your reports.
