How to view Schedule-Account Wise Summary in SwilERP
Meaning of Schedule-Account Wise Summary
In SwilERP, the schedule name defines the account group name applied to your transactions. An account Summary is a summarized document that provides a financial statement for the selected time period. Users can view the financial statement monthly, quarterly, and yearly as per their convenience.
With this report, users can view Account Name, Schedule Name, Month Name, Opening/Closing Balance, Debit/Credit amount details in schedule account summary window.
Start with login in SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process
- Go to the Reports> Schedule-account wise summary.
Reference image:
- Select the Date Range from where you want to view the details.
- Now, select the Schedule Name of which you want to view the detail.
- Click on the View option.

How to View Account Details
In this window you'll see the following details:
- Schedule Name- Users can view selected schedule name wise details.
- Account Name- According to the schedule, all the account names in that transaction will show along with the month's name.
- Opening balance- Opening balance amount of transaction show in the same window.
- Debit/Credit amount- Here you can view debit/credit amount of transactions.

Export in excel format
In SwilERP, there is option to convert schedule-account wise summary in excel format, and users can also share this report in excel format. Do follow the below-given process to convert file into excel.
- Go to the Display option.
- Click on the "T" tab to convert your file in excel format.
