How to Schedule Customer Outstanding Report in SwilERP


In SwilERP, there is an option to schedule customer outstanding report on daily basis. With this option, users can share day to day outstanding report via Email. Users can find this feature in Tools menu as Schedule SMS/Email. Follow the below-mentioned steps to know the process.

Start with login in SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process

  1. Go to the Tools Section> Schedule SMS/Email Option.

Process to Schedule Outstanding Report

  1. Select "Schedule For" in the report column.
  2. Select "Schedule" as "Email." Here, you will see multiple options to create a report schedule.
  3. Select "Receivables" in the "Transaction/Reports" column.
  4. Now, by clicking on the "Report Parameters" section, you can set the parameters for the outstanding report.

  1. Select the "Receiver" option to choose which customers you want to share the details with (e.g., All, Selected, or To Given Email ID/Mobile No).
  2. Now, select the "Schedule" option as "Daily" to send the report on a daily basis.
  3. Update the "Start Settings" as follows:

    1. Start Date & Time
    2. From Date to To Date

  4. Enter "Recur Every" days count as 1 Day.
  5. Click on the "Save" option.
