How to Analyze Schedule Wise Purchase Details in the SwilERP


What Is Meaning By Schedule Wise Purchase Details?

Medicine Schedules make up the classification system used to define a medication's level of risks and benefits. In this report, users can analyze the stock item with their schedule name-wise.


In the SwilERP software, there is an option in the Analysis section to view the report of Schedule Wise Purchase Details. In this report, the users can view the details of vendor name, entry date, product name, schedule, generic name, MRP, expiry date, and marketing group name.


Log-In SwilERP Dashboard:-
  1. Go to the Analysis section:
  1. Select the Purchase Analysis (Old) > Schedule Wise Purchase Details.

  1. How to view the details in the report:

  1. Go to the Area-Product section.
  2. Enter the Date-Range 'From to To.'
  3. As per the requirement, select the Report Type as in- Summary/Detail/Monthly/Quarterly/Cumulative, etc.
  4. Select Series if required.
  5. Select and apply all filters in the Product/Sales Person/Vendor tab.
  6. If needed, select the Invoice Attribute.
  7. Click on the View tab.

  1. How to Convert the report into the Chart form:

  1. Select the Area-Product section.
  2. Select the data to convert into the Chart form.
  3. Click on the Chart tab, and select the chart form you want.

How to Print/ preview and export the report:

  1. Go to the Display tab.
  2. To take the printout, click on the Preview and Print tab.
  3. To export the report into excel and other formats, click on the 'T' point.
  4. Inside the 'T' point, there are given many formats to export the report; select which you want.
