Search Patient (Customer) Name on the bases of Mobile Number in SwilERP
While creating a sales or purchase invoice, if you want to search the Patient (Customer) or Vendor name thru the mobile number, you can do it with these features. Make sure during the entry of customer & vendor master you enter the mobile number. If the mobile number column is blank, you can't search for customer details with a mobile number. In this article, we will explain how to find customer details with the help of a mobile number. Follow the below step to find the customer (patient) name by mobile number:
Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:
- Go to Sales > Retail Invoice.

How to find customer details by mobile number:
- After that you will see the Retail Sales Invoice window.
- Select the Home tab.
- Enter the Customer's Mobile Number in the Name column.
- Now press the Enter key.

- After that, customer details will be auto-filled.

After following the above steps, the user can search patient name on the bases of mobile number at the time of billing.
