Search Customer/Vendor Name by Using the Mobile Number
How to Search the Customer/Vendor Name by Using the Mobile Number in SwilERP (RetailGraph)
While creating a sales or purchase invoice, if you want to search customer or vendor name using the mobile number, you can do it from the sales or purchase menu. Make sure during the creation of the customer/vendor you entered the mobile number. If the mobile number column is blank, Then you cannot search with a mobile number.
In this article, we will discuss that how to search customer name in sales invoice and the same process will apply for searching vendor name in purchase invoice.
Start with login in SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process
- Go to the Sales Menu> Sales Invoice.
- A new window of Sales invoices will appear in the next slide. Click on the New option to search the customer name.

- A new window of Sales Invoice will appear in the next slide.
- Enter the Mobile Number in customer name column.
- After entering the mobile number, press Enter to search for the customer's name.

- After that, Customer details will automatically appear in the below screen.

Note: Users can search the vendor name in the purchase invoice menu by doing the same process as above given.
