How to search Products on the bases of Barcode in SwilERP (RetailGraph)


If the user wants to search the Product details in the Product list window, on the bases of the Barcode then they can find the Product details through the SwilERP Software. In this article, we will explain how to do this process. To know the process follow the below easy steps: 

Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:

The user can switch to the Product window in 2 ways:
  1. Press ‘Ctrl + F1’ key on the dashboard.
                       OR
  1. Go to the Masters menu
  2. Select Inventory > Product.

Process to search Product through the Barcode:

  1.  The 'Product List' window will appear on the next slide.
  2. As you can see, the Barcode field is not showing here.

  1. Then, 'To add Barcode field' Options right click the mouse and select the Set Grid Layout option.

  1. After that, the 'Set Grid Layout' window will appear. 
  2. Go to the Barcode row and tick mark in the visible and Allow Focus column.
  3. To save the window, click on the Save button.

  1. After saving the window you'll see the Barcode column in the Product List window.

  1. In the 'Barcode' field, that barcode has to be entered, from which you want to search the product.
  2. Suppose, entered '890139623100'.
  3. After following these steps, selected barcode pro will get shown.
