How to Use the Security Check-Out Feature in SwilDispatch App


The Security Check-Out feature in the SwilDispatch mobile app helps ensure that all shipments are correctly checked before they leave. This guide explains how to use the feature, from scanning packages to confirming details, making it easy to keep your dispatch process secure and efficient.

Open the SwilDispatch Mobile App on your Device:

  1. Tap 'Sign In' to log in, as shown in the image.

  1. Enter your registered email address in the email field.
  2. Type your password in the password field.
  3. Tap on the Login button to continue. Reference Image

  1. After logging in, your account overview will appear on the Dashboard screen.
  2. Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) to open the menu. Reference Image

  1. Tap on Check-Out option. Reference Image

  1. When you tap Check-Out, a list of all orders ready for security check-out will appear.
  2. Select an order from the list to begin the security check-out process. Reference Image

  1. After selecting an order, the order details, including product, customer, and employee information, will open.
  2. To enter the receiver's details, click on the provided option. Reference Image

  1. Enter the receiver's details, including Signed By, mobile number, remarks, and receiver's signature.
  2. To save the details, click on Submit. Reference Image

  1. After entering the receiver's details, you'll be taken back to the previous screen, where you can select the order's next status as "Out For Delivery."
  2. Finally, tap on the "Confirm Checkout" option to complete the security check-out process. Reference Image

  1. A message will appear, confirming that the order has been sent out for delivery successfully. Reference Image
