Sent Transactions With Swil Unify
Effortless Transaction Sending with Swil Unify
With Swil Unify, users can conveniently send transactions shared by the SwilERP System. Here are the transactions you can send:
- Sales Invoice
Purchase Order
Sales Challan
Purchase Return
- Note: When you save a sales invoice, a pop-up window will appear to upload data in Swil Unify.

Open the Swil Unify on your system to initiate the process:
- Enter your registered email address.
- Input your password.
Click Login.
Navigating to Sent Transactions:
Upon login, you'll be directed to the Dashboard screen.
- Look for the Sent feature and click on it.
View sent transactions such as Sales Invoice, Purchase Order, Sales Challan, Purchase Return.
- Displays comprehensive data for each transaction, including total sent, downloads, and pending transactions.

- Selecting Sales Invoice Transaction:
- View receiver details like receiver name, receiver GSTIN, Entry Date, Invoice no, etc.

To download the transaction, click on the arrow in the Download Transaction section.
Apply filters if needed: Entry date, Upload date, Sender name, Download, Not Download.
