How to Set Default Checks Options in SwilERP (RetailGraph) Software


SwilERP software provides a convenient option to set default checkmark selections in the product master window during new product creation. Users can tick the desired options from the system default section in the options menu. Follow the below mentioned steps to know the process.

Start with login in SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process

  1. Go to the Options Menu> System Default option.
  2. This window will ask you to enter the password. To know the password contact to your local service provider or make a ticket on support.swildesk.com.

Process to Set Default Checks

  1. After that, a new window of System Default will appear in the next slide.
  2. Go to the Product Info section.
  3. Here you will see Default Checks column.
  4. Tick Mark on the options which you want to set the default checkmark in product master window.

    1. Batch
    2. Expiry
    3. Color
    4. Mfg. Date
    5. SKU Definition

To Set SKU Definition

  1. Click on the SKU Definition option.
  2. A new pop-up window will appear in the next slide.
  3. Tick-mark on the options which you want to set in definition.
  4. And, press Ok to continue.

  1. After selecting options click on the Save option.
  2. And selected options are automatically set as default checkmark in product master window.

  1. Now, go to the Product Master window.
  2. Masters Menu> Inventory> Product option.
  3. Then a product list window will appear. Click on the New option.
  4. After that, as you can see in the below-given reference image Batch & Expiry Date options are already checkmark in the product master window.
