How to Set Near Expiry Days of Items in SwilERP


In SwilERP, users can enter the near expiry days count of items. After entering days the message will appear according to the entered days count. The near expiry products indicate to the pharmacists that products are not safe for selling. It is helps you to find the best before-use date for the medicines.

First login SwilERP software to initiate the process

  1. Go to the Options Menu> System Default.
  2. This window will ask you to enter the password. To know the password contact to your local service provider or make a ticket on support.swildesk.com.

Process to Enter Near Expiry Days Count

  1. After that, a new window of System Default will appear in the next slide.
  2. Go to the RetailG Settings section.
  3. Enter days count in the "Message on no of days near expiry" column according to you.
  4. For example, you entered 30 days. Then the near expiry message will appear 30 days before of item expired.
  5. Click on the Save option.

Note: After doing above-given steps the days of near expiry will automatically applied on the software.
