How to Set Pre-Defined Narrations for Vouchers in SwilERP

With SwilERP software, users can establish pre-defined voucher narrations. These selections streamline voucher creation by providing crucial accounting entry context. Learn the process via the outlined steps below.

Start with login in SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process

Go to the Masters> Accounts> Voucher Narration option.
After that, a new window of Voucher Narration will appear.

Process to Create Narration

Here you will see list of created narrations, you can also Edit the narrations.
To create a new narration click on the New option.

Now, add a Description in the column.
For example, you entered "Amount received from customers".
Save the window with the given option.

How select pre-defined narration in voucher

After creating narration, if you want to select the pre-defined narration in vouchers then follow the below-given steps.

Go to the Accounts Menu> Journal Voucher option.
Enter the details of vouchers for which you want to create a entry.
After selecting details, select Narration in the column.
When you click the drop-drop icon, all your created narrations are displayed on the screen. Here users can also create new voucher narration from the given New option.
Select it and Save the window with the given option.
