How to view Shortage/Surplus Stock Register in SwilERP Software

Overview of Shortage/Surplus Register Report:

When a business person wants to know how many items are in their store's Shortage and Surplus category, they can view it in SwilERP software. They can generate a Shortage/Surplus Register report in the Reports section. 

Follow the easy steps below to learn how to generate the Shortage and Surplus Register.


Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:

  1. Go to Reports > Product Wise Stock.
  2. Now, select Shortage/Surplus Register.

How to view the report in the next appearing window:

  1. Go to the Home tab.
  2. Select the Date-Range, 'From to To.'
  3. Now, click on the View tab.

How to view the report in Chart format:

  1. In the selected Home tab.
  2. Click on the Chart tab.
  3. Under the Chart tab, there are given many chart options; the user can select any of these as per the requirement.

How to Print/Preview and Export report:

  1. Go to the  Display section.
  2. Click on the  Preview tab to view your report's appearance when printed.
  3. Click on the  Print tab to take a printout.
  4. To export the report into an excel file, click on the ' T ' point.
  5. Inside the ' T ' point, select one of the export formats as per requirement.
