How to View Stock Margin(%) Wise Report in SwilERP
What is Stock Margin?
A stock margin report will provide the details based on sales and cost value. Which means you find the stock margin by selecting sales value as MRP, sales rate, and so on and cost value as cost rate, MRP, etc. With this report, users can also view the report Summary or Detail wise. Following are the details that reflect in the report, i.e. Products name, Strength, Sales rate, Current stock, Closing stock value, Cost value, Margin in %, and so on.
There are some options in which you can categorise the report, as written below:
- Category
- MktgCo
- Brand
- 'Product'
- Strength
- Product
- Generic
- Schedule
Start with login in SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process
- Go to the Reports> Product Wise Stock> Stock Margin% Wise

How to view the Margin Report
- A new window of Stock Margin% Wise will appear in the next slide.
- Select the Report Type as Summary or Report in which you want to view the report.
- Select the Sales Value as MRP, Sale Rate, Purchase Rate or Cost Rate. Remember, sales value will generate based on the selected value.
- Now, select Cost Value as MRP, Sale Rate, Purchase Rate or Cost Rate from the drop-down list. The cost value will generate based on the selected value.
- If you want to categorise the report details, then select the option from the given options.
- Users can also apply the filter on products by the given option of Product.
- Click on the View option.
- After that, you will see the Margin details in percentage(%) as shown in the following reference image according to the selected parameters.

- Click on the Chart option to view the report in chart format.
- Here you will see multiple options for chart format.

- Go to the Display section.
- Click on the Print & Preview option to take a printout of the report.
- Go to the "T" point and click on the Excel option to convert it.
