SwilERP allows users to schedule reports and transactional data via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp. However, if you no longer need a scheduled report or notification, you can easily deactivate it.
Follow the step-by-step guide below to deactivate schedules in SwilERP.
Steps to Deactivate Scheduled Email/SMS/WhatsApp in SwilERP
- Go to the Tools menu.
- Select the Schedule SMS/Email option.

Open the Schedule SMS/Email window in SwilERP.
Click on the Browse button to open the Mail/SMS Schedule List window.
Locate the scheduled transaction or report you want to deactivate.
Double-click on the selected transaction to open its details.

- Check the Deactivate checkbox to disable the scheduled process.
- Click the Save button to confirm and apply the changes.

📝 Note: After finishing this process, restart the software and log in again to apply the changes.
- Once a transaction or report is deactivated, it will appear in a light pink color in the Mail/SMS Schedule List. This visual change helps users quickly identify which schedules are inactive.

📝 Note: If you ever want to reactivate the schedule, go to the same Schedule SMS/Email window, uncheck the "Deactivate" option, and click Save. Then, restart the software and log in again for the changes to take effect.
