How to view Supplier Shelf Wise Expiry Detail in SwilERP


What does mean by Expiry Details?

In SwilERP, the Drug expiration is the date after which a drug might not be suitable for sale as manufactured. Pharmacists can determine the shelf life of a drug by checking its pharmaceutical packaging for an expiration date. Medicines which are past their shelf life can decompose and either be ineffective or even harmful. This report will help users to find shelf wise expiry product details.

With SwilERP, we can generate the expiry report supplier wise. That includes the supplier and shelf of expired products. You can generate the report by selecting the date range, which helps you to find already expired and forthcoming/near expiry products.

Now, start with login in SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process 

  1. Go to the Reports> Expiry/Breakage/Purchase Rate Detail> Supplier Shelf wise Expiry Detail

How to view the Expiry Report

  1. A new window of Supplier Shelf wise Expiry Detail will appear in the next slide.
  2. Select the Date Range From to To in which you want to view the expiry details.
  3. There are four types of the parameter given, Tick-Mark which you want to include in the report:
    1. Print Expired Products
    2. Print Near Expired Products
    3. Print Batch No. Detail
    4. Including Challan Detail
  1. Now, select Print Value By as Sale Rate, Purchase Rate, MRP, and Cost Rate.
  2. You can also apply the filter on Product or Vendor at your convenience.
  3. Click on the View option.
  4. After that, you will see the Expiry Date details with their supplier name as shown in the following reference image according to the selected parameters.

To view the Report in Chart Format
  1. Select Any Column from the shown details in the window.
  2. Click on the Chart option to view the report in chart format.
  3. Here you will see multiple options for chart format.

To Take Print or Preview and Convert into Excel Format
  1. Go to the Display section.
  2. Click on the Print & Preview option to take a printout of the report.
  3. Go to the "T" point and click on the Excel option to convert it.
