How to do Supplier Wise Near Expiry Analysis in SwilERP
What is Near Expiry Products?
Near expiry, Drugs refer to drugs with efficacy of which is about to lapse within three months from the expiry date printed on the label by its manufacturer. Medicines have expiry dates, so you know when to sell them. This report would help pharmacists find near-expiry product dates. The Near expiry date helps you to find the best before-use date for the medicines.
In SwilERP, there is an option to view the near-expiry report supplier wise. You can find the product's expiry details as per the supplier and do an analysis for the same. Also, the option of Expiring Within days min or max is available in the report.
Start with login in SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process
- Go to the Reports> Expiry/Breakage/Purchase Return Detail> Supplier Wise Near Expiry Analysis

How to view the Analysis Report
- A new window of Supplier Wise Near Expiry Analysis will appear in the next slide.
- Select the "Date Range" From to To in which you want to view the report.
- Select Print Value From as Sale Rate, Purchase Rate, MRP, and Cost Rate from the column.
- Similarly, select Near Expiry From as Purchase or Last Date.
- If you want to Print Nil Stock Batch No then Tick-Mark on it.
- Now, enter the Expiring within days count, that means this report shows the products which will be expired in the mentioned days:
- For example, you entered 60, 120, 180, and 240 days in the expiring within days columns. The report will reflect the data according to the entered days.
- To apply the filter on vendor click on the Vendor option.
- Click on the View option.
- After that, you will see the Supplier Wise Near Expiry Analysis as shown in the following reference image according to the selected parameters.

To view the Reports in Chart Format
- Select Any Column from the shown details in the window.
- Click on the Chart option to view the report in chart format.
- Here you will see multiple options for chart format.

To Take Print or Preview and Convert into Excel format
- Go to the Display section.
- Click on the Print or Preview option to take a printout of report.
- Go to the "T" button and click on the excel option to convert report.
