How to View Transactions Query in SwilERP Software


SwilERP Software provides users with the ability to view transaction queries using parameters. This report allows users to view two types of details in the same report: transaction details and product details. The transaction details provide information such as the transaction date, invoice number, transaction name, and total amount, while the product details provide information such as the product code, product name, quantity, price, lot number, and total amount.

Start with login in SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process

  1. Go to the View Menu> Transaction Query.

How to view Transaction Query

  1. Select the the Date Range "From to To" in which you want to view the transaction details.
  2. Here you can select Lot & Tax to view details accordingly.
  3. Tick mark on the Virtual Product & Only Draft to consider it in report.
  4. Invoice Range, Date modified, Qty, Unit, and Free Qty options are available to view details accordingly.
  5. If you want to view query of particular Product, Transaction, Series, Color, and Users select it from the given options.
  6. Click on the View button.

How to view Product Detail

  1. If you want to view product details by selecting same parameters as above.
  2. Then, click on the Product Detail tab.
  3. Users can also change the Parameters to view product details.
