Unisolve Cross Close Financial Year Process in 16.2.38 or Older Versions
How to run Close Financial Year in “UNISOLVE”&“Cross” (16.2.38 or Older Version)
Please follow these Steps: (This is manual Process of Close Financial Year & its works only in 16.2.38 or older versions)
Step 1: Go to “System -> Data Backup -> Daily Backup” after taking Backup please copy this backup from safer side in any other Computer Drive, Any External Drive (External Hard Disk, Pen Drive etc.)
Step 2: Go to “System -> System Maintenance -> Structure Verify & Indexing” then software run Structure Verify & Indexing on your data. It’s take some time, it’s depend on your Data.
Step 3: Go to “System -> System Maintenance -> Close Financial Year” after that software run Close Financial Year option & show following window (In this window by default option select as per required in Closing, but if you wants to done any changes then enable/disable options as per your business requirement). This Process Will Transfer Data & It will take quite some time. All other nodes must not work that time. Press OK to run continue this process. Screen as per below:
Step 4: After the completions of the process, please run Structure Verify & Indexing options in New Financial Year Company from System->System Maintenance menu. Now you can start working in New Financial Year Company. After closing on March31, please check Stock & Invoice Print Out to avoid any mistake in new financial year.
