How to Update Cost Rate in SwilERP (RetailGraph)
What is a Cost Rate?
The cost rates are pay rates, overhead, taxes, and other extra expenses. In other words, if we speak about a business cost rate, we mean the total amount of money they receive after all taxes and expenses. In SwilERP, there is an option to update all products' cost rates together, and this option is available in the facilities section in the system maintenance form. With SwilERP, you can update the cost rate by selecting a specific date range. Cost rate will update according to the selecting date range in every product.
Start with Login in SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process
- Go to Menu> Options Section> System Maintenance.

- Go to the Facilities tab and select Update Cost Rate option.
- Select the Date Range "From" to "To", in which you want to update cost rate.
- Click on the Update Cost Rate button.
- While doing this, there is showing a pop-up window.
- Press Yes to proceed.
- And after that, the Cost Rate Updated Successfully; this message will appear with a pop-up window.
