How to Update TCS Attribute in Customer in SwilERP (RetailGraph)


What is TCS Attribute?

An attribute is a quality or characteristic given to a particular group, category, or some other thing. In SwilERP, if total sales to the respective customer have crossed or exceeded the defined limit in the TCS registration form. Then the TCS Attribute needs to be added manually in the customer menu. This option helps you to update TCS attributes in all customers from one window. After that, you don't have to update TCS manually.

Note: While doing registration of TCS in SwilERP Software, the amount you entered of the limit will be applied to TCS attribution.

Start with login in SwilERP Dashboard to initiate the process

  1. Go to Menu> Options Section> System Maintenance.

How to Update TCS Attribute

  1. Go to the GST Update section and click on the Update TCS Attribute in Customer.

  2. Here you will see a list of the Customers.

  3. Tick-Mark on the customer name you want to apply the TCS attribute.

  4. Click on the Update button to save the page.

  5. And after that, Done Successfully; this message will appear with a pop-up window.

Note: After updating TCS Attribute in customers, this is applied to every selected customer.
