How to Create & Edit User in Swil Admin


In Swil Admin, you have the ability to create new users for software access. You can also edit the details of existing users and manage their transaction permissions. Once a user is created in Swil Admin, their credentials can be utilized to log into the software. Follow the step-by-step process outlined below to effectively create and manage users.

Start with login in Swil Admin to initiate the process
  1. Go to the Dashboard & click on the User option.

  1. After that, you will see a list of all the Created Users here.
  2. To create a new user, click on the Create New (+) option.
  3. Here, you can also view the user’s Status and Expiry Date.
  4. You can select any user and make changes using the Edit option.

  1. To Edit a User, click on their name, and a new window will open.
  2. Here, you will find information such as user details, additional information, location, rights, and applications.
  3. Then, click the Edit button.

How to Create New User

  1. A new window of User Details will appear in the next slide.
  2. Enter the Login ID & Password in the columns and confirm it.
  3. Enter the Employee Type in the columns.
  4. Enter Expiry Date in the column.
  5. Enter the Mobile number and Email/User ID in the respective columns and verify them. Users can also log in using their email ID.
  6. Select the Branch Name in the column.
  7. Select User Role which you want to give to the user.
  8. Select Other Details which you want to select for particular user.
  9. You can unable or disable Remote Login Activate option for users.
  10. You can Allow sales above credit limit option for users.
  11. You can also select Stock Locations here.

Go to the Additional Details Section

    1. In the Additional Details tab you can give user rights for sales & purchase transactions.
    2. Tick mark on the options which you want to Apply for Sales.
    3. Similarly, tick mark on the options of Apply for Purchase.
    4. You can also give user rights for Schedules.
    5. Click on the Save button to save the user master.
