How to Use the Attendance Feature in SwilPOS App
Using the attendance feature in the SwilPOS app involves several steps to ensure that you can track attendance efficiently. This section displays the employee attendance report, allowing you to manage employee status as needed. For example, if an employee is unavailable to take orders for any reason, you can update their status here. Orders will then be automatically to other available employees. Here is a step-by-step guide:
Open the SwilPOS Mobile app on your device to initiate the process:
Step 1: Logging into the SWILPOS Mobile App:
Enter your registered Email Address.
Input your mobile application Password.
Click "Login" to proceed. Reference Image:
Step 2: Exploring the Dashboard:
You will be directed to the Dashboard screen.
On the Dashboard screen, you will see Three Rows; click on them. Reference Image:
Step 3: Accessing the Attendance Feature:
Select the Attendance menu. Reference Image:
The Attendance Screen displays the status of all employees.
You can change an Employee's status as needed.
After making changes, click the "Update" button to save them. Reference Image:
